Banana Cake

Ingredients:
  • 150g butter
  • 1⅔ cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 / 300g mash banana
  • 1 / 100g banana cubes
  • 2½ cups flour
  • 1¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup butter milk
Steps:
  1. Mix the butter and sugar in a blender until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add in the eggs 1 by 1 and blend for another 1 minute.
  3. Then, pour the mash banana and butter milk into the egg mixture and blend for 1 minute.
  4. In another bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add in the sifted flour mixture and blend for a few minutes.
  6. Finally add in the banana cubes and use a silicon spatula to mix up the mixture and banana cubes.
  7. Prepare the baking tin. Grease the baking tin with butter and put a baking paper at the side and bottom of the baking tin. Grease the baking paper as well.
  8. Pour in the banana mixture and put it into the preheat oven.
  9. Bake the cake for about 1½ hour with 175 degree. (ps: keep an eye on the cake so that the top will not burn. Use a aluminum foil to cover the top of the cake if it started to burn.)
