Pepperoni Pizza


Ingredients A (Dough):
  • 1½ cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 4 cups flour
  • ¼ extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients B (Sauce):
  • Pizza sauce / tomato sauce / spaghetti sauce

Ingredients C (Topping):
  • Green pepper
  • Yellow onion
  • Pineapple
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Tomato
  • Grated cheese & cheese stick

Steps:
  1. Sprinkle the active dry yeast into the warm water. Stir and put it aside for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and salt into the proved yeast. Mix well and add in the olive oil.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl of sifted flour.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together until a dough form is smoothed and formed.
  5. Put the dough in another bowl greased with small amount of oil. Turn the dough once so that the top is oiled.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic warp and put it aside for about 2 hours until the dough rises to about double its size.
  7. Cut tomatoes, green pepper, and yellow onion into smaller pieces.
  8. Divide the dough into half and roll into shape and size you desire.
  9. Place the rolled dough onto the oiled pizza pan.
  10. Put the cheese stick along the edge of the pizza pan. Cover and seal the cheese stick with the dough that exceed the pizza pan.
  11. Put the dough into a preheat oven for 10 minutes in 200°c.
  12. Take out the pizza dough from the oven and put the sauce on the dough and follow by the grated cheese.
  13. Add green pepper and yellow onion. Then, put the sliced pepperoni, tomatoes and pineapple.
  14. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
  15. Put it back to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes until the cheese melted and crust is nicely browned.
