Ingredients A (Dough):
- 1½ cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 4 cups flour
- ¼ extra virgin olive oil
Ingredients B (Sauce):
- Pizza sauce / tomato sauce / spaghetti sauce
Ingredients C (Topping):
- Green pepper
- Yellow onion
- Pineapple
- Sliced pepperoni
- Tomato
- Grated cheese & cheese stick
Steps:
- Sprinkle the active dry yeast into the warm water. Stir and put it aside for about 10 minutes.
- Add sugar and salt into the proved yeast. Mix well and add in the olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl of sifted flour.
- Mix all the ingredients together until a dough form is smoothed and formed.
- Put the dough in another bowl greased with small amount of oil. Turn the dough once so that the top is oiled.
- Cover the bowl with plastic warp and put it aside for about 2 hours until the dough rises to about double its size.
- Cut tomatoes, green pepper, and yellow onion into smaller pieces.
- Divide the dough into half and roll into shape and size you desire.
- Place the rolled dough onto the oiled pizza pan.
- Put the cheese stick along the edge of the pizza pan. Cover and seal the cheese stick with the dough that exceed the pizza pan.
- Put the dough into a preheat oven for 10 minutes in 200°c.
- Take out the pizza dough from the oven and put the sauce on the dough and follow by the grated cheese.
- Add green pepper and yellow onion. Then, put the sliced pepperoni, tomatoes and pineapple.
- Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
- Put it back to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes until the cheese melted and crust is nicely browned.
